We treasure the Word of God as our Lord's written record of how He, in His great mercy, has reconciled the world to Himself through the cross of Jesus Christ (2 Corinthians 5:16-21). As such, we recognize that His Word should be the most important thing in our lives. Jesus Himself reminds us: "Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that comes from the mouth of God" (Matthew 4:4). We offer numerous opportunities to study His Word together throughout the week.
Sunday Morning Adult Bible Study
Our Sunday morning adult Bible study begins at approximately 10:15 a.m. Pastor Parks is currently leading an in-depth study of the Gospel According to Luke. Please join us and learn how Jesus, our Redeemer, stands at the center of all Scripture.
Midweek Bible Studies
In addition to Sunday morning, we also have several groups meeting to study God's Word together throughout the week. We would love for you to join us.
Wednesday morning - 9:30 a.m.
Our women's Bible study meets at 9:30 a.m. in the confirmation/meeting room of the East building. We are currently studying the Book of Genesis. Please join us.
Wednesday evening - 7:30 p.m.
Our midweek evening Bible study meets at 7:30 p.m. in the homes of our members and is currently conducting a topical study from Lifelight called "Feasts of the Bible. Join us to learn how these feasts act as types of shadows of the eternal feast we will enjoy in heaven for the sake of our Passover Lamb, Jesus, who gave himself into death for our salvation.
